Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuantan, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Participants in the Future Leader Program will engage in rotational assignments across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. This includes managing programs, conducting analysis, participating in leadership development, and receiving hands-on training. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to address challenges, enhance customer service, and develop innovative solutions for business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management skills, with the ability to organize and execute strategic initiatives
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and data interpretation
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in Training and capability-building to encourage personal and team development
• Customer Service expertise with a dedication to understanding and addressing customer needs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
