Full Time QA-QC Engineer Jobs, in Woh Hup Group Selangor - Maukerja

Location : 6 Sungai Buloh

The QA/QC Engineer (MEP) is responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control systems, in compliance with the company’s quality standards.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and are not limited to the following:

• Ensure mechanical, electrical and plumbing works comply with quality standards, drawings, and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections on materials, workmanship, and installation for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements.
• Coordinate with the site team on quality related issues for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades;
• Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions;
• NCR Management - Provide insights for defects and recommend preventive measures;
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Management or Stakeholders;
• Assist and conduct Internal Quality Audits;
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

• Obtain buy-in from project team towards quality assurance and quality control initiatives;
• Translate deep understanding of quality standards and requirements into site works

Skill & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or construction related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of building and/or mechanical/electrical engineering experience. Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would be an added advantage.
• Completed at least 1 building/civil project.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of quality requirement of International Standards, industry norms and contract specifications
• Quality Management Systems – ISO 9001
• Knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical works
• Experience in Data center Testing and Commissioning would be an added advantage
