Full Time Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,800 in KANKEN TECHNO PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description

• Responsible for account management of the customers who are mainly in Singapore. (some are in South East Asia countries)
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
• Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan/Taiwan in Japanese and English.
• Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
• Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
• Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
• Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
• Customer entertainment may required.
• Meeting with technical team in Japan and technical support team locally.

Requirements

• As this position needs to liaise with Japan HQ, therefore, knowing Japanese language
• Japanese speaking SG citizen or PR (NLPT 2 and above
• Preferably Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Development or relevant field
• Experienced in working with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing / semiconductor industry or min. 1 year experience in Sales
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Willing to travel when required
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills

Working Hours:

Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (full 5-day week in office)
