Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant located in Bandar Klang, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored recommendations for suitable vehicle options, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, assisting customers through the sales process, resolving inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will also collaborate with the dealership team to support marketing initiatives and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and fostering Customer Satisfaction to build long-lasting relationships and enhance dealership reputation
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in or passion for the automotive industry is a plus
  • A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet sales goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
