Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Products

Location: TTDI

Experience: 5+ Years


Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience working on digital products, web applications, and mobile applications. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, UX/UI teams, and developers to gather requirements, define user journeys, and support end-to-end product delivery in Agile environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define digital solutions
  • Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframe discussions
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams on customer journey and user experience improvements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and workflow analysis
  • Coordinate with QA/UAT teams for testing and validation activities
  • Monitor product enhancements and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives and application enhancements
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.


Required Skills

  • Experience working on digital products, mobile apps, or web applications
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of API integrations, workflows, and system functionalities
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
  • Understanding of UX/UI concepts and customer journey mapping
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to fintech, eCommerce, banking, or SaaS platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting, or analytics tools
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Exposure to mobile app delivery and digital transformation projects
