We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dentist or Dental professional to join our Technical Clinical Support team. This role is essential in ensuring the clinical accuracy and quality of orthodontic treatment planning through close collaboration with design teams and international clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review orthodontic treatment design plans to ensure clinical soundness and adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical and clinical support to internal design teams, particularly on complex cases requiring specialist input.
• Liaise with overseas doctors to clarify case objectives, address technical concerns, and align treatment approaches.
• Interpret and integrate internal clinical protocols with regional and doctor-specific preferences to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Document and summarize cases, producing reference materials and reports to support team development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 3 years of clinical practice in an accredited dental institution or clinic.
• Strong proficiency with basic computer tools, smart devices, and operational/logistics platforms.
• Experience working with international clinical professionals is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proactive, quality-focused, and able to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Fluent in spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical and clinical concepts clearly in a global work environment.
