Full Time Trainee Catering Officer, Equipment Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in SATS Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

As a Trainee Catering Officer in the Equipment Department, you will coordinate operations to ensure timely and efficient completion. You will rotate across three key functions:

1. Ware Wash


Supervise service crew and collaborate with service providers to maximize output.
Ensure no backlogs and sufficient equipment for flight schedules.
Lead service crew and ensure adherence to processes.
Conduct on-the-job training and new hire orientation.


2. Gallery Build-Up (GBU)


Manage daily team deployment and ensure compliance with company policies.
Perform quality checks on cleaned equipment and pack it according to airline requirements.
Build airline equipment and carts based on the Equipment Loading Plan (ELP).
Conduct quality checks on packed carts and equipment, ensuring accuracy.
Provide training on operational processes.


3. Cutlery


Oversee daily deployment and quality checks on cutlery for packing.
Ensure the team meets daily targets (8,000-10,000 pieces per shift).
Ensure cutlery is delivered to Tray Assembly 8-10 hours before departure.
Manage de-boxing of new cutlery and unpack unused cutlery from incoming flights.
Provide training on operational processes.
