Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Assistant based in Melaka. The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing patient scheduling, assisting with basic patient care, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Additionally, the role includes providing high-quality customer service and ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and medical standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Knowledge and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Ability to assist with Patient Care and maintain a compassionate approach
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under time-sensitive situations
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in healthcare support are advantageous
