Today, we serve clients whose needs increasingly extend beyond conventional financial products into areas such as wealth preservation, cross-border structuring, legacy planning, business continuity and regional wealth coordination.
At IPPGW, we provide advisers with broader resources, wider solution capabilities and regional coordination support to help them grow into more complete financial advisory practitioners with a regional perspective.
This includes capabilities relating to:
• Financial planning
• Wealth preservation strategies

• Estate and legacy planning
• Corporate and ownership structuring
• Regional insurance and wealth solutions
• Institutional and private market access through licensed channels
As the advisory landscape evolves, we are looking for individuals who want to build long-term professional advisory careers beyond conventional product distribution.
We are currently looking for:
Group 1 – Experienced Advisers
Established life insurance advisers and unit trust consultants seeking broader advisory capabilities and regional exposure.
Requirements
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through proven business performance
• Experience in one or more areas such as insurance, investment or estate planning
• CFP / RFP qualification preferred or willingness to qualify within 12 months
Group 2 – Relationship Managers from Financial Institutions
Individuals experienced in managing investment-oriented client relationships who aspire to grow further within comprehensive financial advisory.
Requirements
• Experience handling sizeable investment portfolios
• Good understanding of investments and insurance
• Aspiration to build a long-term advisory career
• CFP / RFP qualification preferred or willingness to qualify within 12 months
Group 3 – Professionals Transitioning into Financial Advisory
Professionals from other industries who believe their experience, network and relationship-building capabilities can be meaningfully applied within advisory.
Requirements
• Established professional network
• Ability to create opportunities and build trusted relationships
• CFP / RFP qualification preferred or willingness to qualify within 12 months
• Coaching and development support will be provided
Remuneration
• Fixed monthly income and / or
• Gross revenue share
