To support the APAC Meridian Migration Project by performing accurate and timely data entry of agent job information into the Meridian system, ensuring smooth migration from CYB to MER platforms.

To support the APAC Meridian Migration Project by performing accurate and timely data entry of agent job information into the Meridian system, ensuring smooth migration from CYB to MER platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of agent job records into the Meridian system in accordance with project timelines
- Validate and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data migrated from legacy systems (e.g., CYB)
- Review and cross-check source documents or system extracts before entry
- Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or data errors for resolution
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of completed entries and outstanding items
- Work closely with operations, GS, and EPIM stakeholders to ensure data requirements are met
- Support data cleansing and standardization activities as part of the migration process
- Adhere to internal data governance and compliance standards
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations support, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data handling
- Familiarity with logistics / freight forwarding systems is an advantage
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting system migration or data transition projects
- Familiarity with Meridian, EPIM, or similar operational systems (if applicable)
- Basic understanding of APAC agent operations or freight job processes
