Job Description

Responsibilities

The Job:

  • Provide flight details to customers within one hour of booking receipt
  • Ensure export documents comply with regulations during order processing
  • Apply correct export permits and customs processes in a timely manner
  • Monitor onboard status and inform customers of any irregularities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for shipment status updates

The Talent

  • GCE O Level with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in warehousing and customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous, independent, and a good team player.
  • Able to maintain high standards in housekeeping and safety tasks.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
