Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist B2B (Japanese Speaker) located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Specialist will develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, identify sales opportunities, create presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts. The individual will also conduct market research, work towards achieving sales targets, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese, both verbal and written, along with strong command of English
• B2B Sales and Business Development expertise, including identifying leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
• Skills in Market Research and Customer Relationship Management to understand client needs and monitor industry trends
• Effective Presentation, Communication, and Interpersonal abilities, with a focus on professional client interaction
• Organizational and Time-Management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with relevant sales tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the media industry is an advantage
