Job Description

Requirements

  •  Degree student in Business Administration, Management or related field
  •  Able to work independently & in a team
  •  Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
  •  Familiar with accounting software is a plus
  •  Detail-oriented & well-organised

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
  •  Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  •  Prepare weekly & monthly aging reports
  •  Maintain proper filing system (physical & digital)
  •  Ensure accurate data handling & documentation compliance
  •  Support admin duties, ad-hoc tasks & projects
