Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, account management support, business analysis, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Workspace, data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), or CRM systems is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and professional documents and reports
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights concisely
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience in tech, digital, staffing, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :  

Administrative & Coordination

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for the Senior Director and Business Operations team
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and track follow-ups
  • Handle documentation, filing systems, and internal communications
  • Support onboarding, team events, and vendor/expense coordination
  • Assist in preparing client documents, proposals, and presentations

Reporting & Data Management

  • Consolidate and maintain performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Build and update dashboards for key metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure accuracy of data from multiple sources
  • Support preparation of leadership and Board-level reports
  • Track project milestones, OKRs, and contract renewals

Business Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Support business cases, financial models, and cost analysis
  • Analyse client data and operational performance for insights
  • Identify revenue opportunities and inefficiencies
  • Prepare performance reviews and account health reports

Key Accounts Support

  • Coordinate client requests and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support client meetings, QBRs, and account planning
  • Maintain client records and CRM updates
  • Track deliverables under client agreements and SLAs
