• Diploma or higher in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong calculation and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
• Good knowledge of transportation/logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Calculate drivers’ salaries accurately, including basic salary and related allowances.
• Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, and route efficiency.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operations team to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
