To support our rapid market expansion and commercial growth, we are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support and strengthen our sales team, with a focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end deal execution. This role is ideally suited for someone who is structured, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across complex corporate B2B sales cycles.
Working closely with the BD Manager, you will play a key role in driving day-to-day sales operations, including coordinating with external vendors for custom product sourcing and handling comprehensive corporate proposals and contract documentation.
Sales Coordination: Oversee and coordinate daily sales operations, including lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management with prospective clients and partners.
Client & Vendor Management: Liaise directly with corporate clients to understand their branding needs, and coordinate with vendors/manufacturers to source appropriate merchandising solutions.
Documentation & Proposals: Prepare and manage comprehensive sales documentation, including customized business proposals, quotations, sales contracts, and related paperwork.
Market Expansion: Handle end-to-end business development processes, including pitching tailored corporate gifting solutions to new industries and overseas regional markets.
Account Accuracy: Maintain complete accuracy and timeliness across all CRM records, sales tracking files, and client documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal design and logistics teams to ensure smooth project fulfillment and on-time delivery of client orders.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on working experience, preferably within B2B corporate sales, corporate gifting, or account management.
Domain Knowledge: Strong experience with the end-to-end sales lifecycle, custom product sourcing, and corporate pitching is highly preferred.
Industry Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or corporate presentation tools is a distinct plus.
Skillset: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven, and time-sensitive commercial environment.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external corporate clients.
