Your job
What will you be doing:
First point of contact in the sales process
Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes.
Interface effectively with potential clients
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues to management.
Your background
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
1 to 2 years experience of inside sales/customer engagement (outbound selling is a plus)
Fluent in English (B2) and Japanese
An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey our message in meetings as well as through cold calling, outbound calling, and mail conversations.
An emotionally intelligent networker, who gets energy from connecting to customers,
A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
Problem solver, attention to details, communicative, proactive with a strong work ethic plus passion for ensuring a world class user support experience.
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
