Full Time Customer Service Assistant (Temporary) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in NZ New Image International Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a temporary 4-month contract basis (opportunity for permenant). The candidate will be stationed at the front counter and assist with daily customer service operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product or service enquiries
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
• Provide basic technical support and guidance
• Maintain customer records and update databases
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
• Deliver customer service via phone, email, live chat, and walk-in interactions

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
