Responsibilities
Join a well-established manufacturing environment and lead quality assurance operations in a fast-paced production setting.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily QA activities for assigned production area
Monitor QA performance and prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports
Support and coordinate with QA Engineers on quality issues
Lead and supervise QA Inspectors and Technicians
Plan manpower allocation and arrange training for inspectors
Handle First Article Measurement activities for production evaluation
Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns
Ensure proper 5S and workplace safety practices are maintained
Support continuous improvement initiatives for process and product quality
Provide quality analysis data and recommend corrective actions when needed
Authorize production stoppage when quality standards are not met
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / SPM
At least 3 years of experience in Senior QC / QA supervisory role
Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
Able to lead a team and handle quality-related issues independently
Comfortable working permanent night shift
Basic computer and reporting skills preferred
Working Hours
Permanent Night Shift
7:00PM – 7:00AM (12 Hours Shift)
Training
Approximately 2 weeks training on normal shift before deployment to night shift
