With business expansion, we're looking to hire a Singapore based Service Technical Officer to provide services to our local customers.

For this role, you will need to

Commission, calibrate and maintain the performance of the sensors;

Provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.

Communicate with clients’ engineers and other technicians to ensure that

services are delivered effectively.

Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

Prepare presentations and conduct training to the customers to keep up to date with the latest developments of the sensors;

Write reports and present findings to the Manager after each service visit.

Job requirement

Diploma in any field (engineering related major is preferred)

At least 2 years of technical service experience within engineering space,

candidates with engineering background are welcome to apply.

Team player and independent, good communication skills.
