Role Description
This hybrid role, based in Klang Valley with some work-from-home flexibility, involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. The Real Estate Agent will identify potential properties, conduct market analyses, negotiate transactions, and build strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining knowledge of market trends, and coordinating property showings.
Qualifications
- Holds a valid Real Estate License or apply for one
- Strong expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
- Demonstrated skills in providing exceptional Customer Service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Knowledge of the Shah Alam property market is an advantage
