Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP modules based on project requirements.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Work closely with ABAP developers and integration teams.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Support SAP enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot SAP application issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and security policies.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and project discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

• 6–7 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules:SAP FICOSAP MMSAP SDSAP HCMSAP PPSAP BasisSAP SuccessFactorsSAP Ariba
• Experience in SAP implementation and support projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and workflows.
• Experience in requirement gathering and gap analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP integration concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAP technical concepts.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP BTP.
• SAP certification will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Experience with data migration and reporting tools.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• SAP Certification preferred.
