Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of key business initiatives across departments — gaining real exposure to how strategic decisions are made
• Assist in managing daily operations across HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business
• Analyse business performance data and prepare clear, well-structured reports and presentations for management review and decision-making
• Coordinate seamlessly between internal teams and external partners to keep projects, deliverables, and timelines consistently on track
• Monitor key performance indicators and proactively surface opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes
• Attend high-level meetings, track critical action items, and ensure timely and thorough follow-ups across all business functions
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and business reporting processes that directly influence the direction of the organisation
• Lead mini-projects with real ownership, measurable outcomes, and the satisfaction of seeing your contributions drive business results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and implement practical, effective solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
