Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive IT Administrator (3–4 years experience) to manage the digital infrastructure and security for our corporate office and 6 clinical sites. You will lead our Google Workspace strategy, enforce "Zero Trust" security, ensure strict PDPA compliance, and drive operational efficiency by implementing AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Workspace, Identity & Security

  • Admin & Governance: Manage OUs, Groups, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

  • Security Hardening: Implement MFA, Context-Aware Access, and MDM policies to secure clinical data on all company mobile devices and workstations.

  • Security Operations: Lead the implementation of CIS Controls and Zero Trust architecture. Monitor security logs and alerts (SIEM) to identify threats.

2. Lifecycle & PDPA Compliance

  • Provisioning: Manage end-to-end employee onboarding/offboarding for IT assets and application credentials.

  • Data Protection: Act as a key technical liaison for PDPA compliance, ensuring "Reasonable Security" for patient data, managing data retention schedules, and maintaining an accurate Data Inventory Map.

  • Auditing: Conduct regular access reviews and support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in annual compliance audits.

3. AI Workflow Automation (Business Support)

  • Internal Efficiency: Identify manual tasks across clinical and corporate sites and automate them using Google tools (e.g., using Google Forms + AppSheet for patient feedback or stock intake).

  • Generative AI: Promote the use of Gemini to assist staff with content drafting, data summarization, and reporting.

  • Knowledge Management: Implement NotebookLM to create "grounded" internal knowledge bases (e.g., clinical SOPs, HR policies) for instant staff queries, ensuring AI responses are based only on verified internal data.

4. Network & Infrastructure

  • Multi-Site Connectivity: Manage ISP vendors and troubleshoot internet/SD-WAN issues across 7 locations.

  • Clinic WiFi: Maintain secure, high-performance WiFi (VLAN-separated) to ensure clinical systems and guest networks remain isolated.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–4 years in IT/Systems Administration. Experience in healthcare or retail SMEs is a major plus.

  • PDPA Proficiency: Solid understanding of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act. Holding a Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection (WSQ) or Fundamentals of PDPA is highly preferred.

  • Technical Stack: Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace Admin Console, Google Cloud Identity, and MDM solutions.

  • AI Literacy: Hands-on experience (or a strong interest) in utilizing Generative AI (Gemini, NotebookLM) and low-code tools (AppSheet/Apps Script) for business process improvement.

  • Networking: Experience managing multi-site WiFi environments (e.g., Ubiquiti, Aruba, or Meraki).

Why Join Us?

You won't just be "keeping the lights on." You will be the architect of a secure, AI-enhanced clinical environment, helping us lead the way in modern healthcare operations in Singapore.
