We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Weekend Receptionist to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to contribute to a welcoming environment while working on the weekends. Candidates must be available to work on Sundays from 8.00 am until 2.00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering inquiries and providing information: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed. Provide information about products and services.
• Providing administrative support: Manage the front desk, ensuring a clean, organized reception area, schedule appointments (if any) and perform basic administrative task such as scanning, and photocopying documents, data entry, maintains physical and digital filing systems (when needed).
• Maintaining safety: Prioritising and ensuring safety of all students.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent with excellent organisation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good computer skills - familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel), Google Sheet, etc...
• Cool-tempered and able to handle complaint
• Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Fun & energetic, pleasant character
• Must be available to work on Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (required), and on Saturdays when necessary.

Work location at Cambridge English For Life, Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya (near Atria Shopping Gallery).

Expected to start work immediately.

Pay: RM10.00 per hour
