What You’ll Do:
️ Troubleshoot hardware, software & device issues
Support Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace users
Handle password resets, MFA & user access requests
Assist with VPN, WiFi & network connectivity issues
Log and escalate complex IT incidents when needed
