Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will conduct market research, craft personalized pitches, create proposals, deliver presentations, and manage client accounts. Some work from home is permitted in this role, but in-person client meetings and office collaboration will be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Account Management, and Client Relationship Building
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion
• Experience with Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Knowledge of Event Management processes and best practices
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems and presentation tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in sales or event management will be an advantage
