Industry : Call Centre
Location: Jalan Tun Razak, KL
Working Hours: 9.5 hours (Including 1.5 hours break)
Salary : Up to RM 4,000 + Fixed shift + KPI
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized customer service via phone
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the first point of contact
- Educate customers on bank products, services, and self-service options
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
- Follow up on customer cases in line with internal guidelines
- Maintain accurate customer records and update systems accordingly
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell suitable products
- Ensure strict confidentiality of customer information at all times
Job Requirements
- SPM/STPM with at least 5 years of working experience, or
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience, or
- Fresh Degree graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Strong customer service mindset with good problem-solving skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
