Job Description

Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks for outlet operations.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and records.
  • Coordinate internal communication between outlets and HQ.

Licensing & Documentation

  • Liaise with mall management, local authorities, and relevant departments regarding outlet licensing and documentation.
  • Monitor license renewal status and ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Maintain proper filing of licenses, permits, and operational documents.

Outlet Coordination

  • Support outlet operations regarding maintenance, utilities, and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers when necessary.
  • Assist in handling outlet requests and follow-ups.

Staff & Attendance Coordination

  • Assist in monitoring attendance records, leave applications, and staff documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding staff operational matters when required.

Inventory & Purchasing Support

  • Assist in tracking operational supplies and outlet requirements.
  • Support purchasing and stock coordination for office or outlet operational use.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure operational documents and records are updated and properly maintained.
  • Assist in ensuring outlets comply with company SOP and operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in administration or operations-related field.
  • Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel between outlets when required for operational purposes.
  • Possess own transportation and valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
