Full Time Scrum Master Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in GATES Technology Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

1- Lead and manage Technology & Infrastructure, System Analysis & QC, Development, and Technical Support units.

2- Drive overall technical delivery strategy and ensure alignment with CTO’s direction.

3- Lead Scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile discipline across all development units.

4- Ensure product backlog clarity, prioritisation, and readiness according to project goals and CTO direction.

5- Direct cross-unit execution to deliver high-quality features within agreed timelines.

6- Validate system analysis, architecture decisions, and QA outcomes for technical accuracy.

7- Guide developers on coding standards, system design, and engineering best practices.

8- Oversee infrastructure readiness, deployment processes, and environment stability.

9- Lead technical support governance ensuring SLA compliance and rapid issue resolution.

10- Report development progress, risks, technical challenges, and improvement strategies to CTO.

Qualifications:

-A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

-Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or in a similar role for more than 5 years.

-Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

-Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.

-Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.

-Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred:

-Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.

-Experience working in cross-functional or distributed teams.

-Knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
