Position Overview
Contract position and reporting to the Lead, Strategic Coordination & Corporate Affairs. This role serves as a central coordination point between leadership, internal departments, external partners, and strategic projects to ensure timely execution, effective communication, and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of stakeholder engagement activities, strategic initiatives as well as cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with Company’s objectives and priorities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, briefing papers, meeting materials and executive correspondence communication materials for ministries, regulators, industry players, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, engagements, and communications with internal departments, business partners, government agencies, industry bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the development, maintenance and updating corporate policies, Code of Conduct, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and governance-related documents, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and tracking systems for strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagements, and corporate affairs activities.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate communication materials, announcements, and related initiatives to ensure consistency of messaging and corporate image.
- Support the implementation of corporate branding and identity initiatives, including the maintenance and updating of the Company’s official website, corporate profiles and communication materials.
- Assist in the design and preparation of visual and communication materials, including digital and print assets such as social media content, presentation slides, brochures, infographics and basic layouts designs in accordance with the Company’s branding and communication guidelines.
- Assist in managing MyPOWER’s digital platforms, including scheduling and publishing social media content, updating website information, and compiling basic performance and analytics reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in strategic coordination, corporate affairs, stakeholder management, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, presentations, and executive-level materials.
- Good understanding of corporate governance, policies, and documentation practices is an added advantage.
- Experience engaging with government agencies, regulators, or industry stakeholders is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva) and digital platforms (website/social media management) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
