Full Time Protege (Operations) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Abex Medical System Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update operational records in the ERP system (Acumatica), including delivery orders, sales orders, inventory transfers, invoices, and shipment details.
• Perform accurate data entry, verification, and data cleansing to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and process operational documents such as delivery orders, stock adjustments, and claim documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on loaned equipment returns, outstanding invoices, and other operational matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the department as needed.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must have own transport and be willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MUET Band 4 is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
