Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

To provide administrative support to the HR Department and assist in coordinating corporate activities, employee engagement initiatives, and general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Department in daily administrative and documentation tasks
  • Support in preparing HR-related documents such as letters, forms, reports, and filing records
  • Maintain employee records, attendance documents, and confidential HR files properly
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and documentation support
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes when required
  • Coordinate and support company corporate events, staff engagement activities, townhall sessions, CSR programs, and internal meetings
  • Ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and organization of company information
  • Support ad-hoc HR, corporate, and administrative tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of admin / HR support experience
  • Fresh graduates may be considered
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Work Location: In person
