Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the HR Department and assist in coordinating corporate activities, employee engagement initiatives, and general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Department in daily administrative and documentation tasks
- Support in preparing HR-related documents such as letters, forms, reports, and filing records
- Maintain employee records, attendance documents, and confidential HR files properly
- Assist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and documentation support
- Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes when required
- Coordinate and support company corporate events, staff engagement activities, townhall sessions, CSR programs, and internal meetings
- Ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and organization of company information
- Support ad-hoc HR, corporate, and administrative tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
- SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of admin / HR support experience
- Fresh graduates may be considered
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
