Account Executive – Accounts Payable (AP)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including invoice processing and payments
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers and staff claims
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end closing and other accounting duties

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic accounting knowledge and Microsoft Excel skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
• Team player with willingness to learn
