Full Time PROTEGE Warehouse - Materials Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Farm Fresh (Enstek) Selangor - Maukerja

• Supervise warehouse personnel (storekeepers, forklift drivers, general workers) during the shift.
• Coordinate receiving of raw materials and packaging materials with QC for inspection and release.
• Ensure proper storage of RM, PM and FG following FEFO/FIFO, HALAL segregation and temperature requirements.
• Manage picking, staging and dispatch of finished goods to the Transporter as per delivery schedule.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS/ERP system; perform daily/weekly cycle counts and monthly stock-take.
• Investigate stock variances, expiry, damages and write-offs; recommend corrective action.
• Enforce GMP, food-safety, HALAL and EHS standards inside the warehouse (pest control, hygiene, segregation, no glass/wood, etc.).
• Practise and drive 5S and good housekeeping in all storage areas.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, QC and Transporter to ensure smooth material flow.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Education & Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Familiarity with WMS / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus.
• Forklift / reach-truck licence is a plus; willing to be trained.
• Knowledge of HALAL, GMP, food storage and HACCP requirements is a plus.
• Strong sense of accuracy, ownership and willingness to be on the floor.
• Willing to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; competent in MS Office, especially Excel.
