Kerja Sepenuh Masa PROTEGE Spare Part Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di Farm Fresh (Enstek) Selangor - Maukerja

• Manage the engineering spare-parts store: receiving, binning, issuing and returning of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation parts and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts in the CMMS / ERP system; perform regular cycle counts and annual stock-take.
• Set and review min/max stock levels and reorder points together with the Maintenance team; identify critical spares for the production lines.
• Raise purchase requisitions (PR) for replenishment and follow up on purchase orders, delivery dates and outstanding items with Procurement and suppliers.
• Verify incoming spare parts against PO and specification; coordinate with Engineering and QC where applicable.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and traceability of spare parts (location, batch, lifespan, calibration tags where relevant).
• Issue spare parts against valid work orders / requests; track consumption per machine for cost and reliability analysis.
• Maintain a clean, organised and 5S-compliant store; observe EHS rules for chemicals, lubricants and electrical items.
• Generate reports on spare-parts cost, consumption, obsolescence and slow-movers for management review.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager.

Education & Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Familiarity with CMMS / ERP systems (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical spare parts (bearings, seals, motors, sensors, contactors, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong sense of accuracy, ownership and structured approach to inventory management.
• Willing to work on rotating shift to support breakdown response when required.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; competent in MS Office, especially Excel

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
