Job Responsibilities:
1) Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2) Assist with conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection decision-making process.
3) Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization.
4) Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases.
5) Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Pay: RM800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
