Position: Learning & Development Executive
Tenure: Contract - 12 Months Renewable Contract
Salary: RM 2600/Month
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Descriptions:
- Support the Head of Human Capital and Head of Learning & Culture in training, employee engagement, and internal communication activities.
- Help plan and carry out learning and development (L&D) programmes and employee events.
- Handle training administration, including registration, attendance, evaluations, payments, venue setup, and food arrangements.
- Ensure new employees complete mandatory training during probation.
- Manage and support Learning Management Systems (Oracle LMS and Go1), including troubleshooting for users.
- Prepare and submit training and learning reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate professional certifications and examinations
- Maintain training calendars and ensure schedules and deadlines are followed.
- Track registration and attendance for engagement activities.
- Create content for company updates and employee events on platforms like SharePoint and LinkedIn
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Development or any equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in Training & Development is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written & spoken.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
