Full Time PROTEGE Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Farm Fresh (Enstek) Selangor - Maukerja

• Supervise and coordinate line operators during the shift to meet daily production plan, OEE and yield targets.
• Conduct shift briefings, line clearance and product changeover; ensure SOPs and work instructions are followed.
• Monitor process parameters (UHT temperature/pressure, filling weights, packaging integrity) and escalate deviations immediately.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO 22000, food-defense and personal-hygiene requirements on the floor.
• Liaise with QA/QC on in-process checks, holds, releases and non-conforming product disposition.
• Coordinate with Engineering on breakdowns, planned maintenance windows and machine readiness.
• Complete production reports, downtime logs, waste records and shift hand-over notes accurately.
• Manage operator attendance, discipline, training and on-the-job coaching; promote a safety-first culture.
• Support continuous improvement projects (5S, Kaizen, line efficiency, waste reduction).
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Education & Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Bioprocess or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate; 0-2 years of internship or factory exposure is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL and EHS principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating shift.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; competent in MS Office.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
