Job Description
- Design, plan and execute programs to drive topline results for all segments of Affiliates.
- Forecast and analyze cost-benefit by independently preparing data inputs, assumptions and scenario summaries.
- Lead discussions and tracking of programs to ensure campaign objectives are met, and aligned with business goals and team KPIs.
- Coordinate with working teams and platform partners to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of initiatives.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor performance and costs.
- Compile and analyze performance data to generate insights and recommendations for program and process improvements.
- Track spending, maximize cost efficiency, consistently review and defend ROI..
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably with coursework that significantly builds critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to structure, dissect and identify complex / ambiguous problems.
- Has successfully managed multi-stakeholder campaigns / initiatives.
- Team player who strives to constantly outperform KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Consistently display a strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and desire to proactively increase impact.
- Thrive in an extremely fast paced, dynamic and competitive environment.
- Excellent command of English, ability to write and present succinctly.
