What You'll Do:
As an Admin Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in office administration, HR support, and organisational coordination. You’ll play an active role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding, updating staff records, and tracking medical entitlements.
  • Help coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping, and supply management.
  • Provide basic IT setup and technical support for staff.
  • Assist with simple bookkeeping tasks (payment vouchers, listings).
  • Support travel arrangements, logistics, and document archiving.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, or other office software.
  • Detailed-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable handling basic IT or technical support tasks
  • Able to commit to a minimum 10 - 12 weeks of internship
