JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards
• Support Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients such as cutting, washing, peeling, and portioning
• Ensure food is prepared and presented according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures (HACCP)
• Store food items properly and monitor stock freshness
• Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and inventory
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly
• Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service periods
• Follow all company SOPs and safety procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts is an advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
