Accounting Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journals of group and stand alone entity.
- Able to identify the problem. provide constant solutions and improvise the situation in accounting matters
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank statements, payables, receivables and intercompany.
- Prepare and maintain detailed breakdowns for balance sheet and p/l items
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting entries.
- Manage various industries full set accounts
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both paper and electronic documents.
- Provide support to the management team as needed.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and coordinating interviews.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll
- Prepare and send the pay slip to the employee
- Perform salary payment
- Perform statutory payment
- Prepare EA Forms
