Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Admin Operations to support our transport operations, specifically in billing and invoicing for tanker and car carrier services. The ideal candidate should have a background in transportation/logistics and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate billing and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, calculate, and issue billing invoices for tanker and car carrier operations
* Ensure all billing is accurate, timely, and in accordance with agreed rates and contracts
* Verify trip details, delivery orders (DO), and supporting documents before invoicing
* Liaise with operations team, drivers, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies
* Maintain proper records of invoices, billing reports, and supporting documents
* Monitor outstanding invoices and assist in follow-ups for collections
* Support daily administrative tasks related to transport operations
* Generate reports on billing, revenue, and operational performance
* Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations
Requirements
* SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field (added advantage)
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in transport/logistics operations or billing
* Prior experience handling tanker or car carrier billing is an added advantage
* Strong understanding of transport operations, trip calculations, and cost structures
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
* Experience dealing with high-volume invoicing
* Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up skills
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
