About the Role:

As a Senior Retail Associate/Retail Associate, responsible for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to achieve sales goals. Represents the brand in a positive and professional manner to encourage recurring business. Assists customers in making informed choices by providing accurate product information and personalized service. Fosters a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment that enhances both customer satisfaction and team performance.

  • Ensure store operations run smoothly
  • Manage inventory and stock integrity
  • Support reporting and documentation accuracy

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with customers.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance, representing the brand image at all times.
  • Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Able to perform basic operational tasks, including cashiering, stock handling, and visual merchandising.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems preferred.
