Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Auto Finance Executive (AFE) in loan processing, agreement signing, and funding-related matters
  • Ensure complete customer information and KYC documentation are properly collected and verified before loan submission
  • Prepare and submit loan applications accurately and within the required timeline
  • Support loan disbursement activities and ensure proper documentation handling
  • Provide after-sales support and respond to enquiries from dealers and customers professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
  • Support the promotion and coordination of the company’s loan products and services
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in administrative, customer service, or operational support role
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • admin: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
