About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to build real-time operational interfaces and their supporting backend services. This role requires ownership across both the React frontend and the Go BFF layer, ensuring high performance, correctness, and type-safe system integration. The platform processes extremely high event throughput, and the UI must reflect live system state accurately without dropping updates.

Responsibilities
1) Build and maintain real-time UI features using React 18, TypeScript, and WebSockets.
2) Develop live data surfaces (streaming views, dashboards, operational consoles).
3) Ensure reconnection logic is robust and data freshness is never misrepresented.
4) Maintain strict contract alignment between frontend types and Go BFF schemas.
5) Work with gRPC-Gateway and protobuf-based APIs.
6) Design scalable table systems (cursor pagination, server-side search, virtualization).
7) Implement complex workflows (state machines, RBAC, draft/publish/rollback).
8) Develop Go-based BFF endpoints when required.
9) Contribute to shared UI components using Radix UI.
10) Collaborate in an AI-native engineering workflow (code agents + structured reviews).

Requirements
1) 5+ years production full-stack experience.
2) Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
3) Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets or streaming).
4) Backend experience in Go (production-level).
5) Familiarity with gRPC and contract-driven development.
6) Strong performance optimization skills.
7) Experience with system design and scalable architectures.
8) Comfortable working in async, written-first teams.

Nice to Have
1) Experience with high-throughput systems.
2) Experience with event-driven architectures.
3) Experience in AI-assisted development workflows.
4) Experience building internal operational tools or dashboards.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
