Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Executive to support the smooth execution of daily business operations. The role will be responsible for handling day-to-day quotations, managing government and private tenders including MOH and RCPAQAP submissions, and monitoring tender portals to ensure timely participation in opportunities. This position plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring operational efficiency and tender compliance.

General Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and follow up on daily customer quotations accurately and promptly.
  • Manage tender submissions for MOH tenders, RCPAQAP tenders, and other business opportunities.
  • Monitor relevant tender portals regularly for new opportunities, updates, extensions, and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, regulatory, logistics, and management) to gather required documents for tender participation.
  • Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Maintain proper records of quotations, contracts, tender outcomes, and pricing history.
  • Support contract renewals, pricing reviews, and documentation control.
  • Prepare reports on tender activities, quotation turnaround time, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Assist in improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team when required.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience in sales support, tender management, quotations, or business operations will be an added advantage
  • Experience in handling government tenders / MOH tenders will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with tender portals and e-procurement systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Team player with positive attitude.

Degree in Biomedical Science, fresh graduates are eligible to apply
