Key Roles & responsibilities

· Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating.

· Deliver friendly customer service by explaining coffee blends, food ingredients, and daily specials.

· Operate POS systems and handle cashiering duties, including processing cash, card, and e-wallet payments.

· Promote seasonal items, limited time offers, and new menu launches to customers.

· Assist with inventory checks, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitize all work areas, including equipment and utensils.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirement:

· Basic skills in preparing food and beverage.

· Willing to learn basic coffee making / basic barista skills.

· Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

· Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.

· Maintain good attendance, punctual, and a good team player.

· Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage restaurant will be preferred.

· Location in Section 19, Petaling Jaya
