Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services including:
• Haircuts (classic & modern styles)
• Skin fade, taper fade, undercut
• Beard trimming, shaving & grooming
• Provide consultation and suggest suitable hairstyles based on face shape and lifestyle
• Ensure every haircut meets quality standard before customer leaves
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, workstation, and overall shop environment
• Always follow hygiene and safety SOP
• Deliver good customer service (friendly, respectful, and professional)
• Build and maintain relationship with customers to encourage repeat visits
• Assist in shop operations when needed (opening/closing, basic housekeeping)
• Strong skills in fade techniques and modern haircut styles
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attitude (disciplined, responsible, and willing to improve)
• Good communication skills (able to handle different types of customers)
• Punctual and committed to work schedule
• Willing to work weekends and peak hours
